Key Personnel

ALAN FOSKETT
Qualified in 1975 and has been with the firm since leaving school in 1969. He has experience of various aspects of law but for the last 20 or so years has specialised in family law with particular emphasis in children matters. He is a long standing member of the Law Society's Children Panel and legal advisor to a local authority Adoption Panel. He is separated and has four children.

MICHAEL HARNETTY
Licensed Conveyancer with over 10 years experience in residential and commercial work. Married with a “mortgage”.

SHEILA DUKE
Attended University College, Cardiff and qualified in 1984. Joined Moss and Coleman in 2001 as an Associate Solicitor specialising in Wills, Probate and Court of Protection. Married with two children.

GILL BOTWRIGHT
Gill Botwright is a Solicitor / Partner in the firm. She worked for many years as a Legal Executive before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1991. Gill specialises in Wills / Probate and Court of Protection work. She is also a Director of Age Concern Havering.

DAVID BERRY
David is a solicitor handling commercial and property related matters, as well as dealing with contentious work. This includes advising clients in relation to business and property purchases and sales, and also assisting with issues such as recovery of debts, employment, breach of contract and landlord and tenant law.

David studied Law at The University of Durham and took the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. He qualified in 2003 having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor two years earlier.
